Our Estate Planning Process
Step One: Introductory Call (25 minutes)
Schedule a brief introductory call. I will call you to learn more about your situation, answer initial questions, and follow up with an email outlining your planning options and associated costs.
Step Two: Design Meeting
We will meet for a comprehensive estate planning design meeting to outline the specifics of your plan. This meeting may take place in person or virtually, depending on your preference.
Step Three: Drafting and Review
I will prepare drafts of your estate planning documents based on our design meeting. We will then meet to review the drafts together, make any needed revisions, and ensure everything reflects your goals. This meeting may be in person or virtual.
Step Four: Signing and Implementation
Once the documents are finalized, we will schedule a signing meeting to execute your estate plan. At that meeting, I will also review next steps, including funding and implementation, so you leave with a clear understanding of what comes next.
You will be guided through each step of the process, with clear explanations and no pressure to move faster than you are comfortable.
